We talk to you. A good, old-fashioned chat. We ask questions, Lots of questions. We try to get a picture of what you want, and a thorough understanding of what it is you're trying to achieve; what are you trying to say and who are you trying to say it to?
Once we have a good understanding about what you want we'll propose a concept and seek your approval. We don't play hard; if there's something you don't like just tell us and we'll try to put it right. With an agreed concept, price, and timeframe for delivery we'll develop a prototype site and make sure it ticks all the boxes. (Note, we're not the cheapest gig in town, but we stick to our price and our service is excellent).
A bit of tweaking here and there may be required, but when you're happy with the prototype we'll go away and code it up properly, using standards-compliant methods and making sure it's search engine optimised. We'll then put it on the Internet and BINGO, you're away. We monitor the site and make sure everything is ticketyboo, so you've no need to worry.
