Wordpowered are a new Editorial Services company. They wanted a 'fresh and light' looking website to reflect their approachable and flexible workstyle and complete their suite of promotional material; an online home where potential customers can find out more the business.
Creating a website has allowed the business to reach an worldwide customer base. Using search engine optimisation techniques ensures the website is indexed effectively by Google, Yahoo, MSN, (in fact all Internet search companies).

Blackmoor Consulting are a professional IT services company. They specialise in large scale databases, tuning, and administration.
As they have only recently incorporated as a businesses it was imperative that they have a professional looking website, quickly. Acting as a calling card, the website allows Blackmoor to provide information on their services, and a contact point for potential employers. As the business grows so will the website, with employer testimonials, technical articles and other, user generated content.
From initial go ahead, the website was agreed and on the internet in a matter of days, allowing Blackmoor to present themselves as a professional and accomplished business. The site has a JavaScript sliding text effect, drawing the visitors eye to key phrases. The site is also search engine optimised and is generating analytic information so Blackmoor can analyse how their clients find the site.

JP Photography is a brochure site and online gallery, for a Northumbrian photographer.
The website allows Jamie Penfold to showcase his best work online, describe his services and provide pricing for prospective customers. The site has several public portfolios; thumbnail images which open up into a larger photograph using a lightbox effect, allowing the user to browse through the images.
The site also allows clients to login securely to their own portfolio and view their photographs online before ordering.
This website, designed and built using standard web technologies, has resulted in a fivefold increase in bookings and provided a useful online presence for Jamie to illustrate and communicate his photographic talents to a wider audience.

NE Premier Flooring

Premier Flooring North East is a successful flooring business run out of Blyth, Northumberland. An expanding business with an in-store concession in a nationwide flooring organisation, Premier Flooring wanted to showcase their specialist products and skills on a website of their own. It was important that the Internet user could view the range of materials on offer by Premier Flooring, read about the products supplied and find out how to contact the business for additional information or quotations.
The Premier Flooring website is built using web standards and employs web traffic monitoring to analyse how users have found the site; useful for analysing advertising channels. (In their first two months over 80 new customers contacted the business via the website!)
